Lucky the brake didn't freeze in the on position. So now, with snow everywhere, freezing cold, I have to replace that cable....I assume.Does anyone have the procedure on doing this?

Pulled into my work parking space this morning, pulled up on the E-brake (like I always do), and I heard the familure ratching sounds but THEN ... SNAP...Argh! Lucky the brake didn't freeze in the on position. So now, with snow everywhere, freezing cold, I have to replace that cable....I assume.
Does anyone have the procedure on doing this? I don't think it will be that hard to do.
